Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex application configurations for user and business requirements.
- Develop, test, deploy, and support application fixes and version releases.
- Own the MOM/Savigent platform lifecycle, including upgrades, patches, vendor coordination, and roadmap governance.
- Integrate manufacturing applications with SAP/ERP and plant systems while supporting OT/IT data flows.
- Provide complex technical application support, prioritize incidents and requests, and support users.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for business insights.
- Support UAT, business simulation, go-live, stabilization, and Level 3 application support activities.
- Coordinate with development, network and infrastructure, IT Manufacturing/IIO, SAP/ERP, product, business, and vendor teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate complex software contracts.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience; the posting typically reflects 5 or more years.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, preferably Savigent or a similar event-driven platform.
- Understanding of industrial automation, OT/IT integration, and data flows between plant and enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP-to-plant system integrations and interfaces.
- Experience building reports and dashboards with tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Operations Management concepts and platform lifecycle ownership.
- Experience delivering application projects independently in plant or manufacturing environments.
- Experience integrating MOM/MES with ERP/SAP systems and supporting UAT, business simulation, go-live, stabilization, and Level 3 support.
- Project management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- An additional European language such as German or French is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within EMEA.
