Responsibilities

Design and implement document automation templates for trading, reporting, and regulatory processes.
Gather requirements, scope projects, and translate complex financial business needs into scalable automation logic.
Use JavaScript and/or Python to build and enhance client-specific templates.
Analyze manual workflows to identify process improvement, optimization, and automation opportunities.
Participate in complex automation projects alongside senior developers and project leads.
Follow JIRA workflows, SLAs, and internal development processes while maintaining quality, consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
Communicate with clients under the guidance of a senior developer or team lead.

Academic background in a STEM discipline.
Strong understanding of financial concepts and genuine interest in capital markets.
Analytical, logical, detail-oriented, proactive, and intellectually curious approach to problem solving.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
Basic familiarity with or willingness to learn coding and scripting, such as JavaScript or Python, is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with financial products or documentation, such as term sheets and confirmations, is advantageous but not required.

Exposure to financial services, regulatory technology, document automation platforms, scripting, and structured data workflows.
