Base Salary
$107k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise support solutions from ideation and proof of concept through deployment, support, and enhancement.
- Drive technical design, code quality, engineering standards, and Agile/DevOps delivery practices across platforms and teams.
- Partner with architects, UX designers, product stakeholders, platform owners, and external delivery partners.
- Oversee solution reliability, quality, observability, and operational support.
- Mentor engineers and promote software development, collaboration, and continuous improvement best practices.
- Advance chatbot experiences, AI and Generative AI use cases, workflow automation, and support platform modernization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience with ServiceNow or strong web application development experience with the ability and willingness to learn ServiceNow.
- Experience building and supporting APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Preferred: ServiceNow development, workflows, portals, or Virtual Agent experience.
- Preferred: full-stack development experience with React or Node.js.
- Preferred: familiarity with AWS, observability tools, and automation practices.
- Preferred: understanding of IT service management and support operations, and interest in applying AI and Generative AI to engineering and support experiences.
