Responsibilities
- Design and build backend systems and APIs to support seller inventory management.
- Own and ship projects that have a significant impact on seller and buyer experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to define and complete loosely scoped work.
- Advocate for the right trade-offs in product development.
- Deliver projects from scoping through production and beyond.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience designing, building, and operating APIs and backend services in production.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling for transactional systems.
- Excellent product instincts with a focus on user experience.
