Responsibilities

  • Analyze user needs, determine functional requirements, and define plans and requirements for moderately complex to complex information systems and automation solutions.
  • Perform functional allocation and identify required tasks, task interrelationships, and resources.
  • Respond to emergent problems, write software, and build automation to prevent recurring issues.
  • Develop full-stack software using Java and web technologies, including Gradle, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring, Kafka, Quartz, TypeScript, Redux, and React.
  • Use object-oriented and functional programming approaches to implement features.
  • Design software and systems for availability, latency, scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Define, analyze, understand, and document RPA business and technical requirements.
  • Create RPA process, technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation.
  • Contribute to feature breakdowns, sizing, and design of new feature implementations.
  • Support team capabilities, quality, stability, and delivery velocity.
  • Mentor team members and conduct code reviews covering code quality, design, and implementation.
  • Identify and champion code refactoring and performance optimization opportunities.
  • Communicate technical designs verbally and in writing to small and medium-sized technical audiences.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade software applications.
  • Ability to build robots using the UiPath RPA solution, with at least 4 years of UiPath enterprise development, implementation, or administration experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience sufficient for government qualification as a subject-matter expert.
  • Experience with CI/CD in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google, and continuous integration systems such as Jenkins.
  • Experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems such as MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Oracle EBS, and SQL.
  • Experience with MS Office, Visio, Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic, Java, C++, SOAP/REST web services, and database administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience integrating UiPath with enterprise systems.
  • Understanding of the Agile software testing lifecycle from smoke testing through integration testing and production deployment.
  • Ability to obtain UiPath core technology certifications aligned to the position.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a government-issued background investigation.
