Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own software development end to end, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, code review, feature launches, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Define product requirements and technical architecture in collaboration with product managers and engineering leaders.
- Design and build stable, performant, flexible, and maintainable software for AWS-scale infrastructure provisioning.
- Apply appropriate design approaches, manage complexity and dependencies, and optimize resource usage.
- Mentor engineers and participate in product definition, architecture reviews, iterative development, code reviews, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
