Base Salary
$80k - $131k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide critical product and technical support to Amazon business teams worldwide for retail and merchant catalog issues.
- Monitor data flows, meet ticket SLAs, and drive defects through root-cause resolution.
- Conduct data research, interpretation, and improvement activities using information from multiple sources.
- Partner with technology and internal teams on workflow improvements and cross-organizational problem solving.
- Create tools that help users resolve catalog problems faster.
- Use analytical and problem-solving skills to address business problems and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience or technical support experience.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Preferred: knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID.
- Preferred: experience with REST web services, XML, and JSON.
- Strong analytical, communication, ownership, adaptability, attention-to-detail, and business problem-solving skills.

- Annual base salary range of $80,200 to $130,700.
- Sign-on payments and restricted stock units are included in the Amazon package.
