Base Salary
$112k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to enhance integrations and capabilities for marketing technology platforms.
- Plan, build, and maintain features and software within the owned domain.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Break down projects into actionable milestones.
- Communicate status updates or changes to project scope or timeline.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotations and improve the on-call experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- 1+ years of experience in technical leadership.
- Hands-on experience with resilient microservice architectures.
- Experience in a Marketing Technology stack and partnering with marketing teams.
- Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools is a plus.
