Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of significant software features and projects.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine, prioritize, debug, and improve software products.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce high-quality coding standards.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks.
- Contribute to development process and software architecture improvements.
- Develop documentation, code comments, and clear, efficient code.
- Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies and development practices.
Requirements
- Require 6–8 years of hands-on technology experience and the ability to work independently.
- Require 6–8 years of experience with Pro*C, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, UNIX Solaris, and Java.
- Require experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, C-shell or KornShell programming, and Perl.
- Require a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent applicable work experience.
- Prefer experience with JavaScript and either Angular or React, and experience with Oracle Forms.
- Prefer experience designing systems in collaboration with technical architects.
- Require strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
