Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer-facing products as part of a builders’ team.
Apply an AI-first mindset across design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
Work hands-on in production TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Java, or Spring codebases.
Build and evolve AI-powered internal tools and workflows for coding, reviews, documentation, and testing.
Coach engineering teams on effective GenAI usage and establish AI-first ways of working.
Run data-informed experiments and turn successful approaches into repeatable standards and playbooks.
Use reviews, tests, and policies to establish safe, compliant, and sustainable GenAI guardrails.

At least five years of hands-on experience building production systems, ideally with TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience working in large existing codebases and delivering well-tested, maintainable web or backend features.
Demonstrated expertise using GenAI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or OpenAI Codex to improve development speed and quality.
Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or Vertex AI into applications or internal tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, coaching, and influencing skills.
Curiosity, a growth-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn and share practices publicly.
Pragmatic understanding of GenAI limitations and risks, including how to implement appropriate guardrails.
