Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional, automation, regression, and performance test plans for Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems.
- Oversee UAT test case review and execution and document defects using approved standards, processes, and tools.
- Create and maintain test automation scripts, performance scripts, automation libraries, and regression suites.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to Salesforce-based sales and customer success operations.
- Create and maintain QA training materials and operating manuals for Salesforce and NPI systems.
- Estimate testing effort for enhancements and projects and provide quality, process, and production-release risk reports to delivery teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, quality criteria, and acceptance criteria for opportunities, enhancements, issues, and bugs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in Salesforce or CRM testing, functional testing, and automation testing.
- Proficiency in writing functional, automation, and regression test cases and test plans.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, Salesforce, and AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or OpenAI for testing automation activities.
- Expertise in quality defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed team while maintaining organized and accurate tracking of deliverables.
