Responsibilities
- Lead and architect SAP S/4HANA technical solutions following clean-core and extensibility principles.
- Design and develop SAP BTP applications and extensions using CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Build.
- Drive SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations and enterprise modernization programs.
- Provide technical leadership for ABAP on HANA development, including CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and Gateway services.
- Architect SAP BTP integrations, APIs, extension frameworks, AI-enabled applications, document processing, workflow automation, and enterprise portals.
- Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, solution architecture discussions, and governance activities.
- Mentor global development teams and coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, vendors, and partners.
- Support DevOps, CI/CD, transport management, and cloud deployment strategies within SAP landscapes.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of strong SAP ABAP development and technical architecture experience.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, ABAP on HANA, CDS, RAP, CAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, OData Services, SAP Workflow, and Adobe Forms.
- Experience with SAP Clean Core architecture, side-by-side extensibility, enterprise integration patterns, and API-based architectures.
- Exposure to SAP AI/Joule capabilities, enterprise AI integration, and intelligent document processing.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and modern SAP landscape architecture.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps delivery models and multi-country or global SAP rollout programs.
