Base Salary
$160k - $271k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive build and release initiatives spanning build-system improvements, continuous integration, developer productivity, and code quality.
- Provide Bazel build-system support to platform and application software teams across multiple product lines.
- Develop tools and processes for code sharing in a large monorepo.
- Support AI tools and automation for software development, issue tracking, release management, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve software development bottlenecks.
- Collaborate on Groovy CI/CD pipeline development in Jenkins.
- Manage software branches and releases with Git and create high-quality technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience.
- Significant software development experience with C/C++ and Python.
- Experience with software build and release processes and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Hands-on Linux experience and experience managing branches and releases with Git.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience includes Nix or Ansible, thread-safe embedded C++ applications, FDA or other regulated-industry software, and real-time operating systems such as QNX.
