Base Salary
$148k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications across front-end interfaces, back-end services, and database interactions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to understand requirements, design solutions, and estimate effort.
- Write clean, efficient, documented, and testable code using established architectural patterns and participate in code reviews.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, provide timely resolutions, and perform root cause analysis.
- Contribute to improvements in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team.
- Use AI copilots and LLMs for development activities and understand responsible AI usage, data privacy, and security.
- Understand how to deploy agents to production scale using cloud platforms and related tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive full-stack software development experience.
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework and associated HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript technologies.
- Experience with at least one back-end programming language and relevant frameworks.
- Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, querying, and optimization.
- Cloud platform and containerization experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Financial services industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and responsible AI practices is expected.
