Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex software applications and components.
- Define software architectures and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Conduct code reviews and validate technical designs.
- Resolve highly complex technical issues and optimize applications.
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Lead innovation, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to developers.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leaders, and business teams.
Requirements
- Required: a university professional degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or a related field; candidates without a professional university degree will not be considered.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Experience leading technical teams or highly complex projects.
- Experience integrating applications and developing enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, analytical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, results orientation, and continuous-improvement skills.
