Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing software and infrastructure solutions.
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and drive seamless delivery of digital solutions.
- Build and manage robust, highly available, scalable, and reliable cloud and containerized platforms.
- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using relevant automation frameworks and scripting.
- Lead and mentor DevOps engineering teams, or guide team members and collaborative assignments as an individual contributor.
- Apply DevSecOps principles, secure coding practices, unit testing, risk management, and control governance.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, and continuous-improvement initiatives in collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Support observability, monitoring, performance engineering, disaster recovery, business continuity, and resilience planning.
- Participate in code reviews, technology communities, complex analysis, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven expertise designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to lead and mentor DevOps engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
- Experience building highly available, scalable, and reliable platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience driving Agile, DevOps, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
- Advanced cloud architecture and cost-optimization expertise is highly valued.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Kubernetes environments and observability, monitoring, and performance engineering is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering practices and familiarity with MLOps and platform engineering concepts are highly valued.
- Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity, resilience planning, automation frameworks, and advanced scripting is highly valued.
- Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps certifications are highly valued.
