Base Salary
$153k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and own AI enablement strategy and standards for the engineering organization.
- Evaluate, build, or adopt AI-powered tools to improve code quality and reduce review cycle times.
- Partner with engineering teams to enhance AI tool adoption and lead enablement efforts.
- Establish metrics to quantify the impact of AI tooling on productivity and code quality.
- Contribute to the design and scaling of production environments using AWS and Terraform.
- Mentor engineers and uphold high infrastructure quality standards.
- Participate in a low-volume on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered developer tools or integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive tooling adoption and measure outcomes.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques.
- Proficiency in Go or Python for building production-grade automation.
- Hands-on experience operating production environments in AWS.
- Strong experience with Terraform.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms like ECS or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of observability practices including system metrics and SLOs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
