Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models leveraging NLP and GenAI applications.
- Collaborate with product, program, analytics, and engineering teams to refine ML models.
- Utilize a technical stack including Python, SQL, R, and AWS to create scalable AI solutions.
- Integrate enterprise data sources like Salesforce and Zendesk for model development.
- Apply knowledge of large language models to develop innovative GenAI use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of applied machine learning engineering experience.
- Experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and AWS services.
- Familiarity with enterprise data sources for enhancing predictive accuracy.
- Knowledge of large language models such as OpenAI's GPT and Claude.
