Responsibilities
- Design and prototype AI agents, workflows, and system integrations based on client requirements.
- Fine-tune models with LoRA for industry-specific use cases.
- Build production-quality integrations with AI model APIs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, memory bases, caching, and skills.
- Optimize AI features for latency, throughput, cost, and scalability.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails using LLM-as-a-judge and human-in-the-loop approaches.
- Evaluate models on common tasks and communicate their strengths and limitations for go-to-market activities.
- Collaborate with product and algorithm research teams to incorporate field signals into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or AI agent Product/Engineer.
- Deep understanding of AI solutions on public cloud products and their applications across industry verticals.
- Familiarity with agentic AI design paradigms such as ReAct, Plan and Execute, Multi-Agent, and Skills.
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, PageIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, PyTorch or JAX, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying models on cloud providers.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Team-oriented, self-starting, detail-oriented, and able to set goals and drive successful execution.
