Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and code review of NetSuite custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and objects.
- Build and optimize SuiteScripts, Restlets, SuiteTalk APIs, and NetSuite customizations.
- Architect and maintain integrations with OMS, Shopify, 3PLs, ecommerce, WMS, payment systems, and other external platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and implement monitoring and alerting.
- Translate Finance, Operations, and CX requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- Drive automation across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management processes.
- Define the NetSuite technical roadmap and establish coding, development lifecycle, upgrade, and change management practices.
- Evaluate new NetSuite features and third-party solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide training and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
Requirements
- 6+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in SuiteScript, Restlets, SuiteTalk, Workflows, and Saved Searches.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite accounting, order management, fulfillment, reporting, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory processes.
- Experience leading ERP integrations with ecommerce, OMS, WMS, and payment systems.
- Hands-on experience with Celigo and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ERP data structures, system performance optimization, and debugging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical development projects and work across technical and functional domains.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
