Base Salary
$81k - $142k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Design and build secure, scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Provide architecture guidance, conduct code reviews, and lead development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and business stakeholders on authentication and enterprise platform solutions.
- Implement API documentation standards using Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Integrate code quality and security scanning tools including SonarQube and Veracode.
- Deliver well-structured, testable, and maintainable code supported by comprehensive unit testing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
- Proven experience leading development teams as a Technical Lead.
- Strong hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong SQL skills, including database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Experience implementing Swagger/OpenAPI specifications for REST services.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating and managing SonarQube and Veracode code quality and security scanning tools.
