Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
- Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
- Create and manage Service Catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer processes, ETL, Integration Hub, and DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform issues.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience; the posting also specifies a minimum of 7 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, and server-side and client-side integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with Finance Management and MCO processes, including Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with CMDB, Discovery, and ITSM; ITOM and HRSD experience is a plus.
- Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and module-specific certifications such as CSM, ITSM, and MCO.
- Preferred experience includes ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting, UI Builder, Service Portal, Workspace configuration, DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or SAP, ITIL processes, and global enterprise environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
