Responsibilities
- Build features and experiences from 0-to-1 in a product-focused role.
- Design AI-enabled capabilities for adaptability, reuse, and scalability.
- Translate coaching insights into AI agents with the coaching team.
- Create pipelines and integrations for data import and export.
- Educate the team on best practices around data and AI.
Requirements
- Experience shipping data-related products into production.
- Comfortable with dynamic programming languages and server-side web applications.
- Understanding of core data engineering and software architecture concepts.
- Experience integrating LLM-based coding tools into workflows.
- Ability to operate well with ambiguity in an early-stage startup.
