Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Ship full-stack AI projects end-to-end using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Design and run experiments to validate AI features and measure impact.
- Build and integrate components for AI infrastructure, optimizing for performance.
- Improve processes and systems to scale AI features into production-ready solutions.
- Stay updated with cutting-edge AI research and techniques.
- Collaborate with Circle's leaders and designers throughout the feature design process.
- Prioritize speed of iteration and maintain high standards of code quality.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on high-traffic production applications.
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/Postgresql, and ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience building AI features in production.
- Strong experimentation mindset with experience in designing A/B tests.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with personal accountability.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and learning new technologies.
- Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
