Base Salary

$140k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define enterprise architecture roadmaps, governance standards, reference architectures, and technology strategy.
  • Lead application modernization, cloud migration, integration, and platform transformation initiatives.
  • Architect solutions using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and AI services.
  • Drive AI adoption, generative AI use cases, intelligent automation, and enterprise data strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams.
  • Develop executive dashboards, self-service reporting, KPI frameworks, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Lead architecture teams and enterprise transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise architecture.
  • 7+ years of experience leading architecture teams and enterprise transformation programs.
  • Expertise in .NET/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Expertise with Azure services including App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management, Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and Entra ID.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data warehousing, lakehouses, data engineering, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Platform governance.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, security architecture, performance engineering, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and responsible AI practices.
  • Mandatory Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), GitHub Copilot (GH-300), and Azure AI (AI-103) certifications.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare payer/provider, or employee benefits domain expertise, including claims processing, eligibility, enrollment, member/provider integrations, regulatory compliance, and healthcare data ecosystems.
  • Preferred certifications include Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and other relevant Microsoft AI, data, analytics, security, or cloud architecture certifications.
