Base Salary
$91k - $186k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and development of software solutions for complex business needs.
- Design and code solutions using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Oracle SQL, and Linux.
- Lead complex problem resolution and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
- Review coding, testing, and technical documentation.
- Align business strategy with software solutions and communicate with business stakeholders.
- Apply modern software principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives.
- Develop knowledge of capital markets and derivatives products and identify innovative technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered.
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience typically required.
- Experience with Java, Angular, Spring Boot, SQL/Oracle, and Linux is required.
- Capital markets and derivatives knowledge is highly desirable, including rates, foreign exchange, commodities, credit, sensitivities, trading operations, risk management, or related functions.
- Experience with third-party trading systems such as Murex or Calypso is highly desirable.
- Strong software design, architecture, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical communication capabilities are expected.
- No required certifications or licenses.
