Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders, developers, and clients during implementation discovery.
- Evaluate client infrastructure and translate business requirements into implementation design patterns.
- Create business, functional, workflow, user-flow, architecture, and software integration documentation.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and client technical and development teams.
- Identify project constraints, mitigate architectural risks, and communicate issues to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment and communicate with business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Knowledge of rewards, marketing, or loyalty platforms.
- Experience working with financial institutions and/or performance-based marketers.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and product or service solution-design skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership, product managers, technical teams, and large audiences.
- A combination of technical competence, business skills, and a consumer marketing mindset.
- Technical background with understanding of web technology, APIs, and security; experience with product or engineering teams is a plus.
- Experience across multiple geographic markets, including market-entry and expansion considerations.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
