Responsibilities
- Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for application portions and subsystems implementing Monitoring Services.
- Analyze designs and determine required coding, programming, and integration activities based on product architecture.
- Write and execute complete unit-testing plans.
- Identify, debug, and resolve code and application-integration issues.
- Design and code networking functionality involving Internet and routing protocols.
- Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
- At least 10 years of experience in the networking industry.
- Hands-on experience designing and coding networking software.
- Knowledge of TCP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and Layer 3 protocols.
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with Unix and Linux systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Python programming skills are an additional qualification.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and adaptability in a changing environment.
