Responsibilities
- Design and drive the direction for the centralized machine learning platform.
- Build and scale infrastructure for training and deployment pipelines, model serving, and feature stores.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to standardize tooling capabilities for MLOps.
- Develop libraries and best practices to enhance the ML ecosystem for internal partners.
- Automate and document platform operations to create repeatable actions and self-healing systems.
Requirements
- Significant experience writing high-quality code in Python and Go.
- Demonstrated ownership of ML infrastructure and familiarity with modeling frameworks like TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, or PyTorch.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code skills, ideally with Terraform, and experience managing containerized workloads on AWS.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex requirements into scalable platform features.
- Knowledge of distributed services and event streaming, specifically using Kafka for real-time data processing.
- A passion for the ML Platform area and interest in LLMs and MLOps.
