Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end product functionality spanning data processing, data analysis, algorithm and agent development, backend, and frontend.
- Build AI-powered tools and autonomous digital agents for Fortnox employees.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and create system integrations.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle from concept to production.
- Help shape the architecture and implementation of AI agents and employee-facing tools.
- Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and explore new technologies and development methods.
Requirements
- Extensive software development experience and confidence across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Go, or substantial experience with a similar language combined with willingness to work in Go.
- Genuine interest in or previous experience with AI, LLMs, and agent orchestration.
- Strong experience with integration development and building or consuming REST APIs.
- Ability to collaborate in a team, support colleagues, and continuously learn new tools and methods.
- Fluent Swedish communication skills in both speech and writing.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools and agent frameworks such as Claude and Gemini is advantageous.
- Experience with cloud and microservice architectures, Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL, or React is advantageous.
