Responsibilities
- Lead successful software release delivery with a reporting team.
- Design Pega applications, process flows, SLAs, and skill-based routing.
- Define class structures, data models, indexing, and reporting capabilities.
- Design application security using access groups, roles, and privileges.
- Build reusable components and manage ruleset hierarchies.
- Develop and enhance software using HTML, JavaScript, and PL/SQL.
- Manage application environments, deployment activities, and project-level metrics.
- Implement integrations with databases and external systems through SOAP/REST services, JMS, and MQ.
- Perform code reviews, comply with guardrails, and work with AES.
- Lead and manage the project team and handle client calls independently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required; the posting also states an overall minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Platform and Pega frameworks including CS, CSHC, CWS, and CMF.
- Experience with application development and system integration.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, PL/SQL, databases, SOAP/REST services, JMS, and MQ.
- Experience with code quality measures, code reviews, guardrail compliance, and AES.
- Experience with Python development or prompt engineering and knowledge of agentic AI systems and tool use involving Anthropic, AWS, or Google.
- Strong team management, communication, client-handling, and pressure-management skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications; CUIS, CCSA, or CPMC certifications are optional.
- Certification in Anthropic, AWS, or Google is preferred; React.js and Node.js experience is also preferred.
