Responsibilities
- Build and scale internal operations tooling for complex workflows.
- Develop operator-facing tools and systems.
- Design intelligent AI-powered automations for operational efficiency.
- Lead projects from inception to production, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Mentor peers and drive technical standards within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high-growth startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of building platform-level systems and scaling backend infrastructure.
- Experience with Python, Postgres, and MySQL is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Proactive team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
