Base Salary

$161k - $226k/yr

Responsibilities

Handle impactful customer technical projects including designing reference architectures.
Work with engagement managers to scope professional services work.
Guide customers in implementing big data projects and migrations.
Consult on architecture and design for customer projects.
Provide escalated support for customer operational issues.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project delivery meets customer needs.
Work with Engineering and Customer Support to resolve product issues.

U.S. Secret Clearance required.
6+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
Proficient in Python or Scala programming.
Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
Deep experience with Apache Spark and its runtime internals.
Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments.
Working knowledge of MLOps.
Experience in designing and deploying data architectures.
Proven track record in managing technical project delivery.
Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
Experience in client interaction and conflict management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
