Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and manage technical delivery throughout project lifecycles.
- Assess, troubleshoot, extend, design, and evaluate technical products and systems.
- Design technical solutions aligned with client requirements and negotiate timelines, technical debt, and implementation details.
- Support pre-sales through technical solution design, proposal writing, documentation, costing, and client negotiation.
- Manage, mentor, coach, and support the development and hiring of technical teams.
- Maintain technical standards, compliance, and a Technology Radar across the capability.
- Innovate on processes and tools and evaluate new technical approaches and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or vocational courses.
- At least 5 years of development experience.
- Experience with software development projects from pre-sales through post-production and feature changes.
- Experience with cloud architecture, cloud practices, deployment, core cloud services, and service trade-offs.
- Preferably, experience with cloud migration activities and tools.
- Hands-on programming skills in open source technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Android, or Swift.
- Experience with database design and administration.
- Strong communication skills for working with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
