Responsibilities
- Work with distributed systems and cloud-native development.
- Architect complex engineering systems from end to end.
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to execute the roadmap for the Data Streaming Platform.
- Evaluate and enhance the technology stack based on industry trends.
- Solve complex technical projects and provide guidance to the team.
- Enhance stability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence across systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant software development experience.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, secure, and high-quality systems.
- Deep expertise in hyper-scale distributed systems engineering.
- Experience with production services in the cloud and on-call rotations.
- Expertise in cloud-native technology, networking, and security.
- Experience with Java, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is highly valued.
- Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset.
- Prior experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and understanding of cloud best practices.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively with team and management.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
