Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects.
- Drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements.
- Collaborate with Sales teams on pre-sales activities.
- Serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks in solution implementations.
- Contribute to improving service delivery processes.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Engage customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid knowledge in a technical, managed service provider, or software consulting capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.
- Competence with networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
- Competence with Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.
- Competence with Unix/Linux and scripting development using Microsoft tools such as SQL and PowerShell.
- Competence in Public-Key Infrastructure, digital certificates, and cryptography.
- Competence with business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
- Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making.
