Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and maintain responsive web pages in Webflow.
- Translate Figma prototypes into functional builds in collaboration with the Design team.
- Manage and optimize Webflow CMS architecture for scalability and ease of use.
- Conduct testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and accessibility compliance.
- Support custom coding solutions to extend Webflow's capabilities.
- Maintain documentation of styles, components, and workflows.
- Create user-friendly CMS environments for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of advanced Webflow development experience.
- Experience in building and managing scalable Webflow CMS environments.
- Proficient in writing clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Track record of translating high-fidelity designs into functional builds.
- Experience in conducting technical quality assurance testing.
- Willingness to work in-person 4-5 days a week.
