Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and architecture of the React Native mobile application.
- Own core feature delivery from technical design to implementation and release.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into app experiences.
- Maintain and modernize the existing React Native codebase for performance and stability.
- Uphold code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and security standards are met.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and mobile development processes.
- Stay updated with best practices in mobile and React Native development.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React Native with 6+ years of experience and multiple production deployments.
- Hands-on experience maintaining and scaling existing React Native applications.
- Comfortable working in Swift and/or Kotlin to extend React Native functionality.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and owning projects.
- Well-versed in mobile engineering best practices, including performance optimization and security.
- Experience creating and implementing Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
