Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Understand customer data estates, business priorities, IT priorities, and success measures to design Data & Analytics solutions.
- Architect and design secure, scalable, performant, resilient, and maintainable Azure data and AI solutions.
- Lead architecture design sessions, proof-of-concept and MVP initiatives, production deployments, migrations, and long-term solution planning.
- Create data and analytics roadmaps and use repeatable intellectual property, execution frameworks, and best practices to accelerate adoption and value realization.
- Troubleshoot customer blockers, analyze problems using trace analysis, debugging, source code, and proprietary tools, and write code when needed.
- Design and optimize database, data warehousing, data engineering, data pipeline, ETL/ELT, and high-availability/disaster-recovery solutions.
- Integrate AI technologies and agentic frameworks into enterprise applications while applying responsible and ethical AI practices.
- Present architecture proposals and solution visions to executive and other customer audiences, educate customers on Azure, and share knowledge with the technical community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of customer-facing experience and 4 years of experience working on technical projects are preferred.
- Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Database for PostgreSQL, MySQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Lakehouse architectures, and Azure Databricks.
- Experience with analytics, data warehousing, data engineering, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, large structured and unstructured datasets, and on-premises-to-Azure migrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise AI-agent integration, AI solution design patterns, responsible AI, and ethical AI practices.
- Experience with SQL Server performance tuning, optimization, security, high availability, disaster recovery, Failover Clustering, Database Mirroring, Always On Availability Groups, and Replication.
- Experience with Azure architecture, Azure IaaS, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, service resilience, and distributed systems.
- Programming skills in Python, R, and/or C# for AI development.
- Technical cloud certification, such as Azure, Azure Data Platform, Power BI, Amazon Web Services, Google, or security certification, is preferred.
- Strong consultative, communication, and presentation skills with comfort working with both large and small groups.
Benefits
- The typical U.S. base pay range is $106,400–$203,600 per year, with a separate range for specified San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan locations.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
- The position is open for a minimum of 5 days and accepts applications on an ongoing basis until filled.
