Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical lead on client engagements for solution deployment.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and client stakeholders for smooth implementations.
- Rapidly prototype integrations and configure systems to meet client needs.
- Own the technical deployment lifecycle, including onboarding and troubleshooting.
- Partner with product and clinical teams to inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing deployments or implementation engineering.
- Deep experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs and CRMs.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data and interoperability standards like FHIR and HL7v2.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements across stakeholders.
