Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and implement CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and infrastructure-as-code to support application delivery.
- Configure and maintain Citi’s on-premise Elastic Cloud (ECS) and public cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, perform impact and root cause analysis, and restore services.
- Partner with global development teams on infrastructure needs and deployment strategies.
- Automate manual operational tasks and improve deployment processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure infrastructure and deployment pipelines comply with Citi policies, security standards, regulatory requirements, and risk-management practices.
- Create project plans, perform impact analyses, resolve high-impact problems, and provide post-restoration root cause analysis.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert while working with limited direct supervision.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project-management techniques and methods.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and CI/CD concepts.
- Familiarity with ECS, AWS, GCP, Azure, and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting system and infrastructure issues.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines and changing requirements, and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Foundational understanding of risk assessment, security, and compliance in a business context.
- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
