Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality expectations.
- Make decisions for the team and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Provide solutions to technical problems affecting immediate and multiple teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 8 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps is required.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
