Responsibilities
- Own the technical customer relationship for EMEA strategic accounts and support revenue retention, expansion, and new-entity acquisition.
- Act as the technical focal point for US identity and workforce platform partners through evaluations, integrations, workshops, and proofs of concept.
- Guide developers and architects through API and SDK integrations, product usage, performance, trials, test plans, and data flows.
- Lead RFPs, RFIs, implementation workshops, technical escalations, regulatory certification demonstrations, and complex product conversations.
- Provide product strategy input, identify product gaps, influence the roadmap, and lead launches of new capabilities with early customers.
- Mentor Solutions Engineers globally, guide junior teammates on complex deals, and drive knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives.
- Build tailored demos, industry presentations, and example integrations, and represent Entrust at customer, partner, and industry events.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering with technical ownership of strategic or enterprise accounts of $1M+ ACV, or equivalent Product Management experience with strong customer interaction.
- Experience serving as the technical counterpart for technology partners, ISVs, or platform ecosystems during evaluations and integrations.
- Practical experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Java, or Swift.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns, with the ability to guide technical teams through API and SDK integrations.
- Strong ownership, autonomy, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, including direct coordination with C-level executives.
- Experience mentoring or coaching Solutions Engineers and sharing knowledge beyond an immediate team.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Go-to-Market teams in cloud or SaaS companies.
- Fluent English, UK location, willingness to work US hours when needed, and ability to travel occasionally to the United States.
- Preferred experience in identity verification, identity and access management, CIAM, fraud prevention, financial services, fintech, cybersecurity, regtech, payments, security principles, data protection regulations, regulatory certifications, technical account management, or post-sales technical ownership.
