Responsibilities
- Manage identity and access across AWS, GCP, TencentCloud, and on-premises environments, including permission models, federation, cross-account trust, IAM integrations, Keycloak, and secrets management.
- Define and enforce cloud governance through guardrails, organization policies, account and project structures, and preventive compliance controls.
- Provision and manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure with Terraform.
- Design, develop, and maintain reusable GitLab CI/CD pipelines and templates for secure and scalable delivery.
- Operate and maintain on-premises and AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters for high availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement disaster recovery and high-availability strategies across environments.
- Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using Bash, Python, Go, or similar scripting languages.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch to support proactive incident response.
- Administer Linux systems supporting container and cloud environments.
- Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.
- Proficiency with Terraform and hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting with Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience building and operating cloud infrastructure such as VPCs, subnets, object storage, and virtual machines on AWS, GCP, or TencentCloud.
- Hands-on experience running production Kubernetes workloads and managing clusters.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
- Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or TencentCloud IAM, including roles, policies, cross-account trust, federation, and multi-cloud IAM concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud governance primitives such as service control policies, organization policies, or equivalent guardrails.
- Practical production experience with monitoring and logging, including Prometheus and Grafana or equivalents, query writing, and actionable alert creation.
- Preferred experience with multi-cloud environments, cloud IAM and identity management at scale, cloud governance, Keycloak, and cloud security tools.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS GuardDuty, AWS Security Hub, and GCP Security Command Center.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate secure-by-design architecture experience.
