Responsibilities
- Deploy with customers globally to support software integration and development activities.
- Develop AI and autonomy applications using Shield AI’s enterprise software development kit.
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for customers using Hivemind.
- Assist with pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, conferences, and customer immersions.
- Support post-sales deployment and integration of Shield AI software products.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
- Debug customer software and API integration issues.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 5+ years of industry experience, or a master’s degree in one of these fields and 3+ years of industry experience.
- Strong technical background in software engineering.
- Strong proficiency writing modern C++ code.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in defense, aviation, or robotics, prior customer-facing solutions/application/sales engineering experience, and an advanced robotics or autonomy-related degree are preferred.
