Base Salary
$101k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand strategic customers’ programmatic and technical requirements and craft technical solutions.
- Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements, customer KPIs, and engagement success criteria.
- Develop and deliver onboarding plans to scale customer spend through the platform.
- Scope, configure, test, and deliver bidder and DSP software solutions using SQL and API management.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders in advertising operations, engineering, data science, and product.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the Advertiser Suite.
- Troubleshoot complex customer issues and coordinate with product and engineering through resolution.
- Coach junior teammates and lead internal and client-facing initiatives.
- Provide product and engineering feedback and maintain documentation of best practices and procedures.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
- Experience in a technical customer-facing or support role in AdTech.
- Strong understanding of real-time bidding and programmatic advertising, particularly for demand-side media and technology companies, agencies, and advertisers.
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer relationship skills.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS configuration, workflow building, and data manipulation.
- Technical competency with SQL, APIs, command line, and the AWS management console.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript preferred.
- Experience working for or with agencies preferred.
