Responsibilities
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
- Develop technical designs and implement high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration and code.
- Deploy solutions and code using automated deployment tools.
- Own technical deliverables and ensure work is tested, high quality, and delivered on time.
- Conduct code reviews, optimization, and refactoring to reduce technical debt.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms to support seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Identify process improvements and mentor or support other developers and team members.
- Stay current on Salesforce features and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Deep experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Case Management.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Strong unit testing, functional testing, and debugging skills.
- Experience designing custom solutions aligned with business needs and following development best practices.
- Active Salesforce certifications are desirable.
- MuleSoft experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, documentation, and learning skills.
