Responsibilities
- Build .NET Core web jobs with Entity Framework Core to retrieve and process documents, invoices, and service records from Azure Storage.
- Prototype Kafka-based event pipelines to asynchronously queue and route IVR call events.
- Design notification services for SMS, email, and logging, including Kafka-based producer-consumer decoupling.
- Build React and .NET Web API monitoring tools for workflow jobs and IVR activity.
- Implement performance monitoring, capacity planning, health checks, and Prometheus/Grafana alerting.
- Provide production outage support, troubleshoot complex issues, and minimize service disruption.
- Lead root cause analyses and post-incident reviews and implement preventive fixes.
- Guide cross-functional teams through Agile delivery cycles.
- Drive adoption and integration of Claude, Devin, and GitHub Copilot across the development process.
Requirements
- Experience developing .NET Core applications and .NET Web API services.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, Azure Storage, Kafka, React, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve platform stability.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align technical delivery with business priorities.
- Experience or capability in performance monitoring, capacity planning, health checks, and event-driven architecture.

- Base compensation range is 79,000 to 103,000 for the posted location.
