Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deliver, and improve scalable software solutions and large-scale RPA automations.
- Use UiPath platform, orchestrator, asset management, process automation architecture, and design patterns.
- Integrate automations with REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services.
- Manage version control, release management, automation performance monitoring, incident handling, and root-cause analysis.
- Work with virtual machines, credential vaults, and Active Directory infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders on software requirements and solution strategies.
- Apply secure coding and unit testing practices to ensure reliable, maintainable software.
- Lead mid-size technical teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technology communities.
- Manage operational risk, strengthen controls, and support policy, governance, and service-management activities.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in UiPath.
- Understanding of platform, orchestrator, asset management, and performance management.
- Deep understanding of process automation, RPA architecture, and design patterns.
- Engineering experience with large-scale automations.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and web-service integration.
- Ability to learn and develop automations using other tools, including in-house solutions, using existing RPA and machine-learning knowledge.
- Experience with version control, release management, automation performance monitoring, incident handling, and root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of infrastructure including virtual machines, credential vaults, and Active Directory.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
- Working knowledge of Blue Prism is valued.
- Experience developing in-house automation tools is valued.
- Exposure to machine learning, OCR, AI, and service management is valued.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead mid-size technical teams and mentor junior developers.
