Base Salary

$110k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scalable platform capabilities, infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Conduct system design reviews and ensure alignment with architectural and quality standards.
  • Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components using multiple programming languages and platforms.
  • Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote sustainable and reusable engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, innovation, debugging, and adoption of emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering or related experience, or 6 years of software engineering or related experience.
  • Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
  • Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and platform development.
  • Experience leading software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ability to conduct design reviews and apply debugging and remedial actions to improve code quality.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML components and developing intelligent automation using multiple programming languages.
  • Ability to mentor engineers and influence technical decisions for sustainable architecture.
  • Experience defining metrics and optimizing engineering processes.
  • Preferred: a master's degree in a relevant field and 2 years of software engineering or related experience.
  • Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
